Ad Submission Guidelines
Adlandpro is designed primarily as a local marketplace for physical goods commonly used by the average homeowner, as well as services typically needed in and around the home. We do not serve as a directory for:
- Industrial or business-to-business products
- Business opportunities or income-generating schemes
- General listings that promote a full catalog of services or products
If your ad has been rejected, Your submission may not meet these criteria, or it could be a duplicate of a recently posted listing or we couldn’t fit your ad into any of our categories.
- NOTE- If your listing is mostly for B2B customers, we might contact you in the future with advertising opportunities on our site.
Please contact us if you are interested in placing paid ads on our site within the context of existing listings.

- List individual products or services:
Instead of grouping multiple offerings into one ad, create a separate listing for each item or service.- Example: If you’re selling dresses, create a separate listing for each dress, with its own photo, link, and price.
- Example: If you provide general construction services, create separate listings for each service (e.g., roofing, painting, tiling).
- Example: If you are selling/renting real estate, create separate listing for each property.
- Include key details:
Add clear pricing and a phone number, especially if your offering is local. This greatly improves your visibility and results. - Place your ad in proper category:
If we provide clear category for your ad and you are placing it in e.g. Other Services or Other For Sale we are assuming that it is not important for you that your ad is listed on our site. Your ad will be most likely rejected. - Don’t include links in the body of the ad:
We allow one link to your website if available. There is special field on the submission form to enter such a link called “Website”.
If you are providing link to your product or service, make sure that link leads to the feature described in the heading and body of the ad. - Enter price of your product or service consistent with your listing on your website:
If you enter price which is unreasonable or false, we might reject your listing. We verify your links and approve each ad manually.
Entering price as 0 or -1 will be considered as insincere. If your product or service is free, place it in the community section.
If price is optional, don’t enter 0, just leave it empty. - Enter your location/address in required format:
When you start typing your location, our form will recognize your address (if it is correctly entered) and will give you further hints in regards to your location.
E.g. entering number and name of your street, will give you drop down with possible options. Instead of continuing typing, select appropriate value from the drop down.
Don’t force value if our form doesn’t recognize it. This means that this address is not in proper format and it will be not located on the map.
Don’t enter information like “Opposite”, “Next to”, “Behind” in the location field. If your location is more complex, enter it in the body of the ad. - Don’t enter the same listing in various multiple locations:
If your business offers product or service in multiple locations/cities. E.g. Taxi chain spanning states and/or provinces should be entered only once for the specific area. E.g. instead of entering every city in New York state, just enter New York State as your location. - Don’t enter the same URL (web address) with different descriptions:
If you have various services or products, list them with separate URLs pointing to your website. We expect unique web addresses for different products or services. Entering the same URL for different accounts will cause banning of this address on our website.
In case your ad has been rejected we invite you to resubmit your listing within these guidelines.
